it seems that you might have some infection on scalp or dandruff causing this problem.
If you have fungal infection or sebborhic dermatitis go for treatment.
Do not keep your hairs wet for more time.
Use branded hair oil,shampoo or conditioner.
Take Iron.multivitamin suplements like A,D,and E.
Take more green veggies.
Take plenty of water.
