How To Get Periods Back?

I was on lupron for 2 months for heavy bleeding and now its been 3 mths I had my last shot I havnt gotten my periods yet ,my Dr tried progestron pills never worked then she put me evra birth control but it doesnt seems to be working as well ,Please let let me know how can I get it back I am 42 years old.
