You have to maintain patience and continue treatment from a reliable doctor in a step by step manner. And once pregnancy happens, everything will be cure. Pregnancy itself is the only cure for endometriosis. In between you have to take treatment for ovulation and then try for pregnancy by simple contact or by IUI. Depend on husband semen report. There is no shortcut in it. Other thing you can do is if weight is more than try to reduce it somewhat which will help in ovulation treatment. Take regular treatment. You may require IVF.
