How To Get Pregnant?

my age is 29 and height is 5 feet 4 inches and weight is 76kg and my medical history is M married from 2 years and not properly conceived properly. before one year i was getting pregnant but starting one month pregnancy not succeed and my pregnancy was finished. so after that m not conceiving and i have also some infection some time in my Vagina.i want to consult the doctor to take some suggestions and consultation for next pregnancy?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion there are many causes for pregnancy loss and infertility.Like hormonal imbalance like thyroid abnormalities,progesterone insufficiency, genital infections.Also its better to get your husband semen analysis.Both husband and wife need to get investigated in cases of infertility.Dont worry there are many advanced treatments available for infertility these days.So dont worry.Consult gynaecologist and follow the instructions.Have hope.And most important is dont feel anxiety because anxiety is one of the causes for infertility.
