How To Get Relief From On And Off Foot Pain?

Hi. I ve got this foot pain which comes and goes. Or at least it s not noticeable a lot of the time. For about a week or more now. It s on my left foot, small toe side (so left)in the middle of the foot between the heel and balls of the feet. Can send picture. I have been exercise more lately. I can t figure what muscle it is, if a muscle or what I should be doing with it. Thank you

Thanks your query here.Let you know the reason of foot pain.It may pain in foot because of increased uric acid level,diabetes,achilis tendinitis,improper shoes or life style.So first you consult orthopaedic where they told you do that tests after they give you medication and using of heel cup or proper shoes or sandles or send to physiotherapist for exercises of foot.
