They are kind of crowded together making it looking like there s a lot. When I smile, or stretch out my chin, the bumps appear. There are also many small bumps on the left of my lips. How do I get rid of them! Please help me .
Acne are caused due to a combination of 4 factors: 1. Increased production of sebum from sebaceous glands in the skin 2. Increase proliferation of cells & blockage of these glands 3. Inflammation. 4. Bacterial infection.
The treatment depends on the severity. Usually we recommend a combination of treatment with topical retinoids at night and application of benzoyl peroxide gel on the pimples in the morning. If the severity is more, antibiotics like Clindamycin or Doxycycline are recommended.
Also avoid oily foods, drink lots of water & clean your face with an oil free cleanser three times a day for reduction of pimples.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
