How To Get Rid Of Arm Bruising?

I don t bruise easily (or they don t show up because of my skin tone), but yesterday I had a lot of blood drawn and I have a bruise on my arm, so it s a little weird. I also had fencing practice the same night and have bruises from that, which never happens. I wasn t hit any harder than usual.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

After having your blood drawn, it's fairly normal to have a bruise.
A bruise usually appears because small blood vessels are accidentally damaged as your healthcare provider inserts the needle.
Bruising after a blood draw is typically harmless and doesn't require treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
