hello i am anu from delhi 24 years old, recently i have so many small small pimples which are not paining. they are neither growing nor going down. they are visible like red small spot. i had medicine for that but there is no use. please help me out. one day i used toothpaste just i thought they are pimples but as i told you they are not typical pimples, from toothpast my skin was burned and i got big black burn mark. please advise what should i use to get rid of those pimples and marks??
