My Name is Clifford aged 37. I have this condition that irritates me behind both of my legs.My skin will just begin by becoming hardened and painful.Then it heels after two weeks or so and i will be scratching since it will be itching. After the condition heels ,black spots appear This condition started about five years ago and i have been going to consult doctors who prescribing anti biotics. After taking anti biotics it may disappear for some time and resurface again. So my legs look very terrible with black spots at the back of my legs. Please help me Doctor.
