Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain black spots on the tongue can be due to a number of causes like Hyper-pigmentation caused by chronic biting or taking very hot foods continuously, sharp teeth or hurting of tongue with dental appliances,
tongue piercing, anaemia,
allergic reaction to chemical substances,
black hairy tongue caused by overgrowth of bacteria and fungus, food debris entrapment over the tongue papillae, while at times can be due to malignant condition
Melanoma..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in confirming the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can gargle with 1:1 solution of
hydrogen peroxide in water, use a tongue scraper to clean the tongue, you can also use a soft toothbrush and dip it in hydrogen peroxide and water solution and clean your tongue..
Limit the intake of tea, coffee, tobacco, alcohol..
Drink plenty of water..
Eat more of hard food like carrots, apples and other hard foods as they help in clenaning tongue by friction..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
