How To Get Rid Of Blocked Nose For?
hello iv had a block nose for 2 years now that wont go away when I Have flue its blocked n hayfever when they go away there still blocked I cant even smell a thing cant breathe specialy at night i sleep with my mouth open n brush my teeth when I GET up 3 or 4 times a night I USE inhaler nose sprays no joy...help...

Hi, please use only saline nasal drops. and plain water steam inhalation on a regular basis. Very often the cause is an allergen. It could be food or external allergen. If possible get a blood test to identify the allergen. And have you had an ENT check up? It could be a nasal polyp, a swollen turbinate, or a deviated septum that can be treated. Regards
