broke a qtip while cleaning my ears this morning couldnt find it anywhere had our nurse here at my work check my ear this morning she said she couldnt see anything either iam freakin myself out or its really in there? should i go ahead n make an appointment or will this thing come out on its own when i sneeze or caugh

any thing which remains in ear May lead to infection.have a visit with an ent surgeon for check up and removal.
