How To Get Rid Of Bumps/lumps On Scalp?

have sensitive bumps/lumps on scalp.... for last 2 days .. also headaches and cant sleep on that side of head now its really sore to touch an feels hot. was waking up with sweaty scalp (live in 100+weather) head was really hot one day and wet when I woke,,, an side of head was kinda sore.. next day bumps (like a zit) appeared

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some cystic lesion like dermoid cyst or may have some adenexal skin tumour. You should go for excision biopsy and then go for histopathological examination. Then take further treatment accordingly if needed.
