Hi, my name is Tjuana.... i have two questions for you.... 1. I have had two c- sections and i have a pooch its nothing extremelybig but i hate it and i am wondering what ways i can get rid of it... i have tried excercising for a year and nothing... so surgery would be my last option

No. I would not advise surgery for this condition. I would suggest you dietary restrictions along with exercise and application of abdominal binder in stomach for 3 months.
