I have chronic gastricts for 3 yrs. been scope and had other tests done everything comes back to gastricts its been hard to get rid of this been on meds but helps a little. Most of the inflammation is on my upper right side of the stomach. They tested for gallblatter and other organs in that area all is fine. What can I do to get rid of this. I don't think they know anymore what to do for me. Do I have to live with this for life.
Hi, As all investigations are normal, nothing to worry. It seems that you have to change your food habit. Avoid fried, chillies and junk food. Take milk diet for few days. Take tablet Pentaprazole or Omiprazole daily for some time. Take less diet but take frequently. Avoid cold drinks or aerated drinks. Avoid stress. Ok and take care.
