Sir, I would be grateful if you can suggest a solution to my problem.I am a chronic sinusitis patient. I am suffering from this problem for the past 13 years. It has affected my eyes very badly.I have full time eye fatigue.90% Of the time I have pain in my eyes coupled with palpitation when the pain becomes unbearable. When i get a cold the problem aggravates and I cant explain how worst it becomes.I cant read for more than 1.5 hrs at a stretch. I tried allopathy ,homeopathy and ayurveda.I am now having ayurvedic medicine. It gives me some sort of relief. But nothing can get rid of it completely. Are there any good medicines in allopathy for treating this disease?Should I make any change in my lifestyle?Kindly reply...
Hi, if you have already been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis then let me tell you about disease first, it is caused due to insufficient drainage of sinuses causing retention of secretions which leads to irreversible changes in sinus mucosa. My advice for you is to go to Ent specialist to confirm the diagnosis by ct scan and if required they may suggest you functional endoscopic sinus surgery which is the best available treatment for chronic sinusitis not responding to medications, t.c.
