I am 58 year old female. I eat healthily, nuts, seeds, wholegrain bread, fruit, vegetables and drink fairly well.My stools to begin with are well formed then they are loose. Now I'm constipated. When I was young I had constipation. I perhaps don't do enough exercise but do think I have a lazy bowel.
You need to eat more fiber food, and drink more water for you constipation. And you also need to train your bowel with regularly toilets. If you can't and it's difficult, you can use drug, Lactulose, 1 time in a day after breakfast, you can use it long period, ideally for training your bowel system.
