How To Get Rid Of Crustiness Around Mouth?

I have a crustiness around my mouth, especially in the corners that I cannot get rid of. I have tried antibiotic ointment (which made it worse) as well as steroid creme which my doctor prescribed after diagnosing B12 deficiency. Steroid creme makes it better while being applied, but it returns as soon as I stop the treatment. I am taking B12 supplements and a multivitamin. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The crustiness around the mouth can be a fungal infection like candidiasis or angular chelitis. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You can take topical antifungal like clotrimazole. You need to get your blood investigations done to rule out diabetes.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
