Hi,

Multiple cysts in ovaries in both ovaries indicates possibility of ovulation problem (PCOD). She would get periods after stopping Meprate, within 8 days of stoppage. She need to get USG scanning done to view ovarian cysts and also ovulation study to find / exclude PCOD.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
