How To Get Rid Of Dark Patches On Skin?

I have some pigmentation problem since an year. Some acne comes and go and leave some patches. but it eventually go. Few days back, I used lemon on my face for removing pigmentation and it reacted badly and condition become worse. There are some very dark patches around my nose. Now the irritation and burning is under control but the dark patches are there. How should i treat them? should i use malalite cream?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Acne vulgaris with pigmentation. Avoid melalite cream as it contains steroid and it can aggrevate acne.Topical medications like clindamycin can be applied over the affected area. Topical benzoyl proxide can also be used at night time.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
