I studied your query in all the details given by you.I reviewed all the data and in my opinion I would advise you to Plz check up with your doctor and get the Xray skull done to confirm if there is any fracture.As your daughter is not having any head injury complaints like vomitting / convulsions/drowsiness,I advise you not to worry much,if the Xray comes normal. For the questionable lump at the site,I would advise you to check with Your ER surgeon,as by this time any dent or lump would have come to normal and hence is cause of worry to you. Er surgeon would treat it accordingly by anti-inflammatory medicines and or with neuro-surgical reference for any correction,if need be. Hope this would satisfy your query.
