From the available description it appears that either you are having a wrong diagnosis or wrong treatment. Kind of medicine that you are taking is used in bipolar disorder. Depression is just the part of that disorder. If you are taking for last 10 years and there is no symptom for pat few years than there is no harm to discontinue. You need to seek help with a doctor as it will be discontinued one by one. If you stop all together than there is more chance of relapse and withdrawal symptoms.
