ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,looking at your symptoms ,you might be suffering from mild laryngitis.
For Dry cough, you can take Cough Suppressants containing Dextromethorphan
You can also take Antihistaminic (like Cetrizine) and analgesic(like Ibuprofen).
If you are suffering from Gastro-esophageal Reflux,You should also take medicines like Pantoprazole or Rabeprazole.

Also if you have the habit of smoking-please avoid smoking.
Do steam inhalation.
Drink lots of Fluids(particularly warm).
Avoid eating cold/oily food.
Avoid Dust and other pollutants.
Take voice rest.Do not shout or whisper.Speak after taking deep breath.and only when it is neccesary

If after taking above measures,if still your complain is not decreasing,it would be advisable to consult an ENT Specialist.He/she would do your throat examination and might suggest a Chest Xray for diagnosis.

Hope this answers your question.Take Care.
