Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be due to eistachian tube dysfunction.
This is a tiny tube which connects the
nasopharynx with the inside ear.
You can get a ear check up during your annual check ups.
I recommend the following.
1) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with
phenylephrine.
2)
Oxymetazoline nasal drops. Don't use this drops for more than 6 days.
3) Valsalva's exercise: Keep your mouth and nose closed blow the air into your mouth. This will help in clearing the ear block.
Repeat this 6 to 7 times a day for a week.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
Regards,
