Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have post inflammatory
hyperpigmentation secondary to pimples..
Lomela lite cream contains a combination of Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate..
Mometasone is a steroid component and steroid application on face can have serious side effects like skin thinning, rashes, inflammation, increased pimples, excess hair growth etc..
So it should be used only for a short term and discontinued..
Also it should be used only under supervision of a trained
dermatologist..
It is however efficient in reducing dark spots in a short time duration and can give effective results..
You can also go for other safer
depigmentation creams like those containing Kojic acid,
glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can apply Vitamin E and C containing creams and gels..
You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove dead skin layer..
You should avoid excess sun exposure and also do not exposure to sun after applying Lomela lite to sun as
Photosensitivity can lead to increase in pigmentation..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
