How To Get Rid Of Facial Pimples With Scar?

hello doctor... i have developed pimples on my skin for the oast 3 months.. i tried using faceclin ointment but whenever one pimple tried to suside, it leaves a scar and another pimple develops on another part of the face.. i dont know how to treat it,, i am getting married in a lnth's time and this really upsets me.. please provide a permanent solution.. my skin is a acombiantion type

I really appreciate your concern this could be age related skin problem that usually happens at young age and this may be due to the change in hormone level, general hygienic care is the best way, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 15 days
2) Tab Clindamycin topical solution to be applied on face
keep the facial skin clean avoid spicy food, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
