How To Get Rid Of Friction Burn During Sex?

everytime i have sex with my boyfriend i always get friction burns, burns when i urinate and sometimes even hurts when sit down. i have had my boyfriend to look and the fricition burns are white. no smell or discharge but alot of discomfort. how can i get rid of these and prevent in future

hi dear,
friction during sex is due to inadequate lubrication and inadequate lubrication may be due to infection or may be due to not having proper foreplay so that you are not secreting proper lubrication.
so try to do foreplay for about 30min and then perform sex when you fully wet and if any infection like symptoms then took treatment for that .
You can also apply artificial lubrication.
consult gynecologist if you have other symptoms associated with it.
