How To Get Rid Of Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

I fell over the holiday weekend and hit my head on the ground within minutes I threw up x3. I am still experiencing headaches, some nausea and light headedness/dizziness especially upon standing. I see, hear and speak just fine...but task that make me think or requires standing for periods of time seem to make me dizzy and/or light headed.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having headache, dizziness and nausea following a head injury.
This requires evaluation by your doctor to rule out concussion injury to the brain. This requires performing radiological investigations like CT scan to rule out concussion injury.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
