I have been extremely tired for the past few weeks. I am now experiencing a nauseous feeling. I have always drank a lot of water throughout the day but recently seem more thirsty. I am currently confused about what my body needs - I have a sickly feeling like I don t want to eat yet I eat anyway and feel fine. I often have strange hiccup/ burps after eating. I exercise almost every day and eat healthily, however in the past I occasionally indulged excessively. Strangely, the tiredness has come on at a time when I am my healthiest and quite stress free. during exams I felt some of these symptoms but I expected them to leave once I could relax. I have also been experiencing headaches although not severe ones . I have once heard a sudden ringing in my ear during recent weeks. I feel worst in the morning and late afternoon.
