Hello doctor..I got hyperpigmentation on my cheeks after my daughter's birth.everybody even my doctor said that it shall fade away but now it's been 7 long years and the ugly spots are increasing like a map.it's spread upto my temples from cheeks.tried many medicines but to no avail and now I'm applying this melacream.in the beginning I could see the good result but now it seems it's not getting cured.please help me:(and I'm 33 years old.

I can get that these are present since 7 years which is quite long period of time for any thing to stay. I suggest you to meet a dermatologist and get her skin analyzed.
In your daughter’s kind of condition I generally go for routine skin examination along with woods lamp examination to differentiate between types of superficial or deep pigmentation. If required I also go for skin biopsy of the affected area to know the exact entity of the problem.
I suggest you to not to self apply any cream as can harm your daughter’s skin rather than benefiting.
