How To Get Rid Of Inflamed Cyst Like On Neck?

Since 2 years, I have a cyst-like on the right side of my neck and is inflammed. First it never bothered me but since last year, I have pains due to which even my shoulder and arm hurt. I worry a lot but doctors give me antibiotics which reduces my pain and inflammation but it never gets well.
