How To Get Rid Of Itching Of Scrotum Only During Night?

My scrotum itches It does not bother me at day but when I go to bed it starts to itch. I have to use an old hair brush to relieve the itch at night when I take my clothes off. I does not bother me all day and I only notice it when I go to bed. I was just wondering what causes the itch and what I can do to get rid of it

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to dryness or fungal infection. Avoid use soaps to wash that area. You can use saline or warm water. If you want to use soap then use hypoallergic soaps. Use some moisturizers. Creams with aloe vera and vitamin E is helpful. If that is not helping then creams with anti fungal like miconazole and corticosteroid like beclamethasone will be helpful. Use loose cotton underwear. Also use mild detergents for washing undergarments.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
