How To Get Rid Of Itching Rashes On Leg?

I have very itchy legs that start off as small itch but becomes intense leaving red rashes all over my legs mostly below the knees it seems to be worst after working out and at night time...I use cortisone 10 now but its only keeping it at bay..what can I do to stop this itch its driving crazy and im leaving scars all over my legs.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having either allergic dermatitis or papular urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear full sleeve clothes to avoid further such episodes.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
