General & Family Physician, Dr. Sulochana's Response
Hello, Thank you for writing to HCM
I would advice you few blood tests to be done- thyroid profile, hb level, fasting blood sugar and post pandrial blood glucose. Take Tab.Renerve plus BT (vitamin b12 plus other vitamins ) daily once for leg pain. I advice you to take frequent light diet. Avoid rice, butter and junk food. Wear soft healed shoe and hear music while walking.. walk slowly first and if you don't get pain you can increase your speed. Live your life don't let laziness eat your days.
Consult a general practitioner with test reports for further management.
Regards
