How To Get Rid Of Lump On Distal Side Of The Feet?

I have a lump that is semi hard, the size of about 3/4 of a golf ball on my foot right below the bone on the outer or distal side of my foot. It is big and I just noticed it a night or so ago, then I noticed one a little smaller but same consistancy on the top of other foot right below the ankle, . Both feet? smae kind of thing? Should I be worried, I can almost feel a vein or two inside the big lump, not water retention in feet as I have been very familiar with that in past. Elevated it, ised it, and it is not decreasing in size either one of them. What is this, should I worry?

Hi,Dear thanks for the query to HCM virtual clinic and understood your health concerns of the lump on the foot on both sides in last 2 days time.
It seems to be Erythema Nodosum and would go on its own in next 3-6 weeks time.
I would advise ER Orgho-Surgeons second opinion who would treat it accordingly.
