Hello,

Masturbation does not have any adverse effects on body. Yes one feels bad after this act due to social, cultural or spiritual norms. You can avoid this act by keeping your self busy in productive activities, try making friends, stay busy, limit your alone time, be honest, and find a support group. If these strategies fail then find some therapist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
