How To Get Rid Of Muffled Sound From My Ear?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I recently had a very bad cold with heavy catarrh in my nasal area but when it cleared my hearing in my right ear is slightly muffled. The nurse at my GP confirmed my ear is clear of wax as I suffer from that at times too. What is the best solution please

Hello,

You may suffering from middle ear congestion or serous otitis media. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use Tablet lecope-AD twice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Do salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
