hi! im nikhitha i hav a problem wid my hair. my hair is so thin and i hav so many split ends and i have dandruff also how to get rid of this problem.And i have 1 more problem i hav pimples and black heads what to do to get rid of this. please help meee. :)

Hi,

For acne vulgaris and hair problem, consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply clindamycine gel on the acne lesions at night daily. Also take cap minocycline 50 mg daily in morning on empty stomach. For hairs, take tab biotin 10 mg daily. Apply steroid lotion on the scalp. If there is dandruff,shampoo with ketoconazole containing shampoo. Oil the hairs with almond oil after drying the scalp. Improve hygiene and immunity.
