i am 25yr boy facing a problem of nightfall. in yr 2000 or past i had start masturbation but i dont know what is this i'm only excited about this but in 1 or 2 yrs later one of my friend told to what is masturbation & what was the problem for this. since these time i have stop masturbation but i am facing a problem of nightfall also my penis is very loose please sir give me some idea what i do because i have loss my all semen
You cannot lose all your semen. Semen is always produced constantly in your testicles and there is no limit to it. Masturbation is no problem as long as you don’t do it too often. Once a day is completely fine. If you should continue to have problems with stable erections talk to your GP. There is medication that can fix the issue.
