hi sir i am sick of with this night fall i got this problem when i was 18 now i am 22 and still i have the same problem i tryed lot of medicin all kind of treatment but nothing worked and because of this problem i could not gain waight and today i am very weak and thin and yes because of this problem now i have lot of stomac releted problem Please help me and advise me an approproate medicin so that i can fight with problem thank you

Night fall is not a disease, it is completely normal phenomenon and occurs to every one if stayed too long without ejaculation. Do not go to quacks who say they treat this. All the best.
