How To Get Rid Of Painful Ringing Ear?

hi i had an ear infection last year and was given some spray n it cleared, iv been suffering with anxiety n was given antidepressants that wasnt right for me while taking them i got really sensitive ears n cant stand loud noises in my right ear n feel my ears are on a different level i stopped taking the anti depressants and still have this problem, i went to the docs a week ago and was given ear spray n throat stuff for thrush iv had a bad cold n flu aswell my ear spray hasnt worked n my right ear is still very sensitive n i feel my ears are still on different levels due to my right ear being so sensitive i cant under stand, im wondering if i need anti biotics as i also get little pains now n then in both ears and hear little ringin in my ears im wondering if you had n e idears wot this could be or wot treatment i may need, thanks may.

this sounds like a persistent middle ear effusion after a ear infection which would need to be confirmed by an audio gram and tympanogram .. please consult an Ent specialist who can make this diagnosis...follow up from there
