Hi my name is prashant. Ihad a pimple on my nose . I pinched it with a needle now that pimple became Dark brown in colour I had this pimple 2 years back but it is still there on my nose .I have tried a lot of different creams but it s not working. Sir please help me out..

You should visit a dermatologist to see the kind of a pimple you are having. Probably it can be with a different origin than infection since it has been for so long and can't get better with antibacterial cream.
