How To Get Rid Of Pimple Rashes On The Face?

I am on methatreate and hydroxychloraquine for a year now. I am getting pimply rash on face. it started as a couple of red bumps and I can get them to fade out with Benadryl. they get less red looking. but don t leave. cheeks of my face only. I put hydrocortisone cream on them . helps a little. Which drug is causing this. I am only on these 2 drugs plus 5 mg folic once a week.

HI. These drugs are not associated with pimples. Hydroxychloroquine might cause some pigmentation though. For your pimples, stop using hydrocortisone. Use clindamycin ge twice daily and benzoyl peroxide 2% gel once daily. Hope it help.
