How To Get Rid Of Pimple Scars?

Hi, i had a pimple on my cheek. it bursted and started bleeding so i used dettol to clean it and then left the cotton with dettol on the skin for about 20 min. later i found a black spot there . please tell me how long will it take to heal and what should i do to get rid of this black spot?

Dettol if applied to raw skin can cause irritation and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I think that is what has happened in your case. Squuezing your acne is anyways not the right thing to do, because it can leave behind a mark.

If i was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate cream twice daily at the site for a few days.
