For acne I would suggest that you a topical antiacne gel e.g either clindamyicn or
benzoyl peroxide gel during day
At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel.
I would suggest that you visit a
dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful. Your doctor may also start you on
oral antibiotics like azithromycin or doxycycline if you have inflammatory acne.
For post acne marks, you may use kojic acid cream; it is a useful skin lightening ingredient for post acne marks. Your treating dermatologist will tell you more about it
I would suggest a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily.
The white spots are likely due to
Pityriasis alba, which is localized light colored patch of dry skin.
You may use an OTC
topical steroid e.g cortisone cream, twice daily just over the hypopigmented patch.
