Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

I could make out that you have scrotal sebaceous cysts.

The best way to get rid of them is surgically, wherein the cyst is removed in totality along with the cyst wall.

I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a surgeon.

Squeezing would only temporarily empty the contents and it will almost certainly get filled up again.

Sebaceous cysts are asymptomatic. However, secondary bacterial infection may give rise to pain.
