The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Acne vulgaris. Topical medications like clindamycin and tretinoin can be used along with salicylic acid face wash if you have oily skin. Acne vulgaris takes time to cure and so you need to take medications regularly. Avoid fiddling with the lesion.Short course of antibiotics like doxycycline may also help. For severe acne Isotretinoin can also be used.Consult a qualified dermatologist for your problem rather than going for homeopathy. Regards
