I have a bump on my butt crack an at first it was small then I tried poppin it an it got bigger an started to hurt , well then I finally got it to pop an it was a brown color puss . After that it stopped hurtin I cud sit fine it got a little smaller. An now it s back

Hi,

It may be impetigo most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid cream. Take a course of antibiotics like cefixime 200 mg twice a day for a week. Take anti-inflammatory drug like mefenemic acid tablet twice a day. Improve immunity by taking vitaminC tab, zinc sulfate tab etc. Improve hygiene by taking bath in Dettol mixed water.
