How To Get Rid Of Red Itchy Bumps?

I think I was bitten by fleas on Saturday. I get bit quite often, usually they are red itchy bumps with a head in the center. Its now Wednesday and these bites are red and yellow pus filled with a crusty head. I never scratched them, never had any puff out and fill up either
