How To Get Rid Of Red Marks On Face?

hey,
I applied mela's skin cream last night on the affected areas on my face and today i am seeing red marks on the same areas where i used the cream. Do i need to consult a doctor? Is this a serious issue? What can i do to get rid of these red marks?

I have gone through your query , you should discontinue that cream first it doesnt suits on your skin it is causing allergy on your skin so first you discontinue that cream then go and consult Dermatologist for red mark on skin,
